RABIET MECCA MASTERPLAN

The project is a part of a 1 million SQM masterplan, situated on the peripheral zone in front of a medium density residential area.

The concept was to create a commercial strip with condo type of apartments, linking 2 roads with 5m difference in levels.

Every component has its own accessibility, parking spaces, outdoor gardens and property management to maintain the resident’s privacy and avoid the overlap of circulations and functions.

The mixed use development contains 3 major components:

1-Mall on 2 levels accessible from the lower road, 3 basement parking lots, green buffer and a large garden including open air parking spaces.

2-Two big residential clusters, accessible from the upper road on the back side, including a mixture of studios, one and two bedroom apartments, with penthouses and roof gardens. Every apartment has extroverted or  an introverted access to the internal courtyard.

3-Two business clusters opening to internal shade courtyards and greenery.
