B RESIDENCE

The project is a contemporary family residence broken down into 3 main volumes:
1 simplex volume on the -1 level for the parents, and 2 duplex volumes on the ground level for kids, hovering over the simplex towards the main view and garden.

The 3 units equally share a drop off court, entrance, core, and basement parking on the -2 level, however the 2 duplexes have individual entrances from the ground level and private roof gardens with pools. The volumes were conceived in a way that maximizes land use, gardens and privacy.

The facades were designed in a barcode fashion, mixing stone and glass floor to ceiling panels. The slab edges are well pronounced and cladded in black steel.
