SOLEM MASTERPLAN

This project is a mixed use development located in Zaarour, a mountainous region of Lebanon, 10 minutes away from Zaarour Club and the ski resort. With a total area of 15,000 sqm, the program consists of a venue area around a central pool and a bungalow hotel. The project was designed on 3 different levels following the land topography, in a way that every level has unobstructed mountain and sea views. Every component has separate access to optimize operation and maximize privacy.

– On the first level the main drop off and reception
– On the mid level the venue, pool, bar, restaurant, and services
– On the lower level the bungalows

with an extremely challenging timeframe and budget, the project was designed and executed in 5 months, using shipping containers in construction for the volumes and functions and recyclable materials for finishes and furniture.
